this doesn't tell the whole story. obama inherited the wars started by bush, then the recession that started in the bush years, with the recession came people out of work going to food stamps. after 2009 the economy was on a consistent increase in jobs. bush started his presidency with a 200 million budget surplus when he left office the the defecit was 9 trillion. obama added 5 trillion. obama care actually decreased health care costs.
